Complete the director nomination and consent form with your professional details and supporting documents. You do not need an account to apply.

- Read the proposed Memorandum and Code Of Ethical Conduct.
- Prepare your professional details, motivation and CV.
- Include the consents and supporting documents for your appointment route.
Use the private application form for nomination documents. Do not include client information or records unrelated to your application.
How Applications Are Considered
CTLPA reviews your eligibility, declarations and supporting documents. Any lawful appointment or election is recorded separately.
Submitting an application does not appoint you as a director, grant membership or create access to the member or admin portal. Committee participation is separate from a director appointment.
