Start with the Department’s official service page and the relevant user guide. Confirm the documents and submission requirements for the particular matter before lodging an application. Online availability does not remove any requirement to submit original documents where the Master requires them.
Use the support contact published by the Department for a service-access problem. Avoid sharing passwords or confidential estate documents through a public association enquiry.
